Delete my data

Triq has no account: what our server receives is tied to a random device identifier, not to your name.

In the app: Settings > Privacy > Delete my data. Everything the app keeps on your phone is erased (favourites, home and work, search history, trip in progress, reports, settings), and our server erases what relates to your device: its identifier, votes, trip shares, place suggestions, fuel prices, toll answers and suggestion box messages (with the e-mail, if any). Your reports still on the map are removed and no longer carry any identifier.

Offline maps are kept, and so are dashcam videos unless you tick the dedicated box.

Without a connection, the phone is erased at once and the request is sent to the server the next time the app is online.
